The R&R Promise:

• R&R will submit Reroof permit application to your local building department and will schedule your work accordingly to successfully pass each roof inspection as required for all roof replacements.

• We will demolish your old roof and haul all trash and debris to an approved dump facility. 

• We will repair any damaged/dry-rotted wood on roof decking with similar or OSB plywood

• Manufacturers require you to install at least 3 out of 5 qualifying accessories along with their premium shingle to qualify for the Manufacturers' limited lifetime warranty.

• We will replace all your vents and pipes flashings as needed. Custom and PG&E Flashings will not be replaced but will be cleaned, sealed and painted with rust proof paint.

• All tax, labor and material is included in the estimate price.
