Terms and Conditions for the Free Essentials Roof Maintenance Program
Eligibility:
The Free Essentials Roof Maintenance Program is available to residential property owners within the R&R Roofing service areas only (Bay Area, Central Valley, Northern California).
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older and legal property owners or authorized decision-makers for the property entered.
Only one entry per property address is permitted.
A valid roof inspection by an R&R Roofing project manager is required before eligibility can be confirmed. This happens after you win.
Program Inclusions:
This program includes the following services at no cost to the winner :Roof debris cleaning in valleys and around penetrations. Minor caulking at pipe penetrations and roof flashings if accessible, Inspection report with photos and recommendations. Up to 60 minutes of minor roof maintenance labor (excluding materials) for issues deemed repairable during the visit. Verification of visible roof damage and documentation for insurance claims if applicable.
Program Exclusions:
The Free Essentials Maintenance Program does not include:
Full roof repairs or replacements.
Emergency leak repairs requiring tarp installation.
Replacement of broken tiles, shingles, or structural components.
Gutter cleaning services. except minor debris removal.
Access to roofs deemed unsafe or inaccessible by R&R Roofing personnel.
Selection and Notification:
Winner(s) will be selected by random draw and notified via phone and email provided in the entry form.
If the winner does not respond within 7 business days, R&R Roofing reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow R&R Roofing to place a yard sign on the property for up to 30 days and to provide a testimonial and/or photos that may be used in R&R Roofing marketing.
The winner agrees to provide an honest online review of the service provided within 7 days of service completion.
Scheduling and Service Delivery:
The service will be scheduled within normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM) and must be completed within 60 days of winning.
The homeowner or an authorized representative must be present during the maintenance service.
Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours of notice. Missed appointments may result in forfeiture of the prize.
Liability:
R&R Roofing will take appropriate safety measures during the maintenance visit but is not responsible for any pre-existing roof conditions or structural issues.
This maintenance program does not constitute a warranty or guarantee of the existing roof system's condition or longevity.
R&R Roofing is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to hidden issues not identifiable during a visual inspection.
No Purchase Necessary:
Participation in the Free Essentials Roof Maintenance Program does not require a purchase. However, if additional repairs or replacements are recommended, estimates will be provided at the homeowner's discretion.
Modifications and Cancellation:
R&R Roofing reserves the right to modify or cancel the program at any time without prior notice, provided such changes will not affect services already scheduled.
Extended General Terms and Conditions
All services provided by R&R Roofing are subject to written agreements, proposals, and approvals.
Prices, promotions, and programs may vary and are subject to change without notice unless agreed upon in a written contract.
R&R Roofing reserves the right to refuse service if safety or legal guidelines are not met.
All communication may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance and training purposes.
Payments for additional services are due according to the payment terms on the specific agreement provided to the client.
Any disputes shall be governed under the laws of the State of California and resolved through mediation or arbitration in the county of service.
